All C.Paravano purchases have a 14-days return policy
We design our shoes to help you trend at peak level, so if they're not working exactly right for you, we've got you covered. We give you 14 days after receiving product to take your C.Paravano purchases for a trial run, confidently knowing you can return items for any reason within those 14 days.
★Note: The items in 50% OFF and Mystery Shoe Box area are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Exchanges:
- It will take up to 3 business days for us to arrange the reshipment for you.

★ For exchange item, We will cover the shipping cost of the exchange for you.
★ HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Step 1.Check whether the order delivery time has exceeded the time specified on the website by 14 days.
- Step 2.The customer service email is the only designated return and exchange channel, please contact help@cparavano.com.
- Step 3.Please provide front, side, and bottom photos of the product as required
- Step 4.Place your item(s) into the original packaging.
- Step 5.Please return it to us using the return label we provide you (one order may have multiple labels)
★ HOW TO ISSUE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE AFTER I RETURN THE ITEM(S)?
- Refund or exchange will be available as soon as your return is received and processed.
- Refunds:
- The refund time will depend on the payment method you used for your order.
- PayPal refunds: 3 business days.
- Credit card refunds: 7-14 business days.
Terms & Conditions for return:
To be eligible for a return, shoes must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at help@cparavano.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact our Customer Service help@cparavano.com within 14 days of receipt.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for goods that have been damaged due to long-term use, accidental wear and tear or improper care.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange the shoes for an ideal size or another style, feel free to reach us at help@cparavano.com
Refunds
All the returned items are inspected by our online warehouse team and we follow their status in accordance with the terms mentioned in above "Terms & Conditions for return" section. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Also note that the shipping fee either free or paid will be not be refunded. In case of free standard shipping, the actual shipping costs for the round trip will be deducted from your account later. Also remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Returns for Promotional Items:
Please notice that the discount will vary when there is a partial return on a discounted multiple item purchase.
No Refunds for Price Differences:
We do not offer refunds for price differences between platforms or between promotional and regular prices. Price adjustments are not available after a promotion ends.

The customer service department is open Monday through Friday. We don't have telephone customer service at the moment, if you have any problems with your shopping, please contact us by email. Whenever we receive your email, we will deal with it as soon as possible during working hours.
